It has been noticed that some stores, which doesn't have agreements with Yapon AB (Nintendo's renting division in Sweden) are trading Nintendogames. We therefore want everyone to notice this:

prohibited trade with Nintendogames is to be compared with prohibited rent and is thereby illegal. Trading is not, as some believe, a way to come around the laws about copyrights for computer programs.

23 paragraph of copyrights says that the originator or the one that the originator has given right, has the right to rent computer programs. This right does also include that which is to be compared with renting. Trading is to be compared with renting. To be violating this law can give jail sentences and responsibility of damages.

Yapon will now report to the police, everyone who is trading with Nintendogames in that form which is described in this text. We exhort everyone who is doing this to immediately close down this business!
